1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, scripts, device identifiers, SDKs, and server logs. DYNIK uses these technologies to operate the site, protect accounts, remember preferences, measure performance, and improve the platform.
2. Cookie Categories
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Essential and Requested Preferences | Authentication, session management, CSRF protection, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, checkout continuity, remembering consent choices, and storing preferences you request such as theme or interface settings. | Required for the site or stored because you requested the preference. These are controlled through browser, device, or account settings rather than the optional analytics banner. |
| Analytics and Performance | Understanding site usage, conversion paths, errors, page performance, and product health so we can improve DYNIK. Support-chat session storage is also withheld unless optional consent is accepted. | Optional where required. Loaded only after consent where applicable. |
| Marketing | Advertising measurement, retargeting, or cross-site campaign attribution if enabled in the future. | Not currently active by default. We will update disclosures and request consent where required before using these cookies. |
3. Current Tools and Providers
- DYNIK first-party cookies and local storage for authentication, CSRF protection, preferences, consent state, and application continuity.
- Google Analytics or similar analytics tools only after optional analytics consent where required.
- Google reCAPTCHA on forms where anti-abuse checks are enabled. Google may process device, interaction, and IP information under its own policies.
- Stripe-hosted checkout and billing portal pages may use Stripe cookies and fraud-prevention technologies under Stripe policies.
- Frontend error or performance telemetry may be used to identify crashes, reliability issues, and suspicious activity, with personal information minimized where practicable.
4. Consent and Choices
Where consent is required, DYNIK asks before loading optional analytics or marketing technologies. Choosing Accept records optional consent. Choosing Decline Optional keeps essential technologies active and blocks optional analytics or marketing storage where our controls apply.
- You can change browser cookie settings at any time.
- You can clear DYNIK local storage or cookies to reset the banner on the marketing site.
- You can use in-account privacy settings where available.
- Some browsers, extensions, and device settings provide additional blocking controls.
- DYNIK does not currently use cross-context behavioral advertising by default. If we enable advertising or legally required signal handling, we will update this policy and the related controls.
5. Browser and Industry Controls
Browser controls differ by product and version. Common paths include browser settings for privacy, cookies, site data, tracking prevention, and permissions. Blocking all cookies can prevent login, checkout, forms, security checks, or saved preferences from working correctly.
- Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies or Site settings.
- Firefox: Settings, Privacy and Security, Enhanced Tracking Protection or Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings or Preferences, Privacy, Cookies and website data.
- Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions, Manage and delete cookies and site data.
6. Impact of Disabling Cookies
Essential cookies are required for account security and core platform operations. If you block or delete cookies, DYNIK may be unable to keep you signed in, protect your account, preserve checkout state, remember consent choices, or complete some workflows.
Declining optional analytics and marketing cookies will not block core account access, but it may reduce our ability to measure performance, diagnose product issues, personalize preferences, or understand conversion quality.
7. Updates and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy as technologies, vendors, laws, or platform features change. Material changes will be reflected by a new last-updated date and, where required, renewed notice or consent.
