4. AI and Automated Analysis
DYNIK uses AI-assisted and automated tools for features such as resume analysis, job ranking, cover-letter drafting, summaries, interview preparation, employer candidate review, and workflow assistance. AI outputs are suggestions and require human review.
- We may send inputs and context to AI infrastructure providers, including AWS Bedrock or comparable providers, to generate requested outputs.
- We do not use personal information to train third-party foundation models unless we provide notice and obtain any legally required consent.
- We may use aggregated, de-identified, or privacy-preserving data to improve prompts, ranking quality, safety, reliability, and product performance.
- Employers must not rely solely on AI or automated scores for hiring, rejection, compensation, eligibility, sponsorship, or other employment decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
- Advanced employer AI and provider workflows may be beta or limited availability and may require additional review, notices, consents, or contractual terms.

| Security, access, and system logs | As needed for security, fraud prevention, debugging, compliance, and incident response. |
| AI inputs, outputs, and quality metadata | As needed to provide the feature, support users, debug, improve quality, and enforce policy, unless deleted or anonymized earlier. |
| Marketing contact data | Until you opt out or we determine it is no longer needed, while preserving suppression records. |
When we delete data, residual copies may remain briefly in backups, logs, caches, or disaster-recovery systems. We may retain information longer where required or permitted by law.
