Our Content

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by DYNIK and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Job Listings and Applications

DYNIK acts as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not:

  • Guarantee any job offers or employment
  • Verify the accuracy of all job listings
  • Make hiring decisions on behalf of employers
  • Endorse any particular employer or job seeker

Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of opportunities and conducting their own due diligence.

7. Fees and Payment

Some features of our Services require payment. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

We may change our fees at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING JOB PLACEMENTS, INTERVIEW SUCCESS, OR CAREER OUTCOMES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DYNIK and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DYNIK operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
